- Conduct on-site enrollment meetings in both English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Hebrew & Other Languages
- Conduct employee educational seminars, webinars, wellness programs, health fairs, public sector program guidance and provide lower cost individual plan options for dependents
- Plan enrollment, implementation management and coordination including prior plan terminations.
Account Management & Customer Service
- Analyze claims and risk management data on a routine basis for the purpose of reducing costs at renewal and to help guide benefit modifications
- Regularly scheduled on site meetings to assure plan administration accuracy as well as employee satisfaction including employee surveys
- Process employee enrollments and terminations upon request. COBRA notifications to Third Party Administrator if applicable.
- Offer direct one-on-one assistance to all employees who experience difficulty utilizing the plans; from navigating through the managed care environment, understanding benefit structures and/or experiencing claims resolution conflicts
- Provide employees with direct phone accessibility including e-mail to ensure superior customer service
- Advocacy to insurance industry regulatory agencies for consumer protections
- Personal and business connections, experience and relationships with insurance companies and industry leaders to solve problems and get optimum results
