Account Management & Customer Service

  • Analyze claims and risk management data on a routine basis for the purpose of reducing costs at renewal and to help guide benefit modifications
  • Regularly scheduled on site meetings to assure plan administration accuracy as well as employee satisfaction including employee surveys
  • Process employee enrollments and terminations upon request. COBRA notifications to Third Party Administrator if applicable.
  • Offer direct one-on-one assistance to all employees who experience difficulty utilizing the plans; from navigating through the managed care environment, understanding benefit structures and/or experiencing claims resolution conflicts
  • Provide employees with direct phone accessibility including e-mail to ensure superior customer service
  • Advocacy to insurance industry regulatory agencies for consumer protections
  • Personal and business connections, experience and relationships with insurance companies and industry leaders to solve problems and get optimum results
